In this role you will manage accounts receivable collection for a key customer portfolio to support financial stability. You will balance firm collection of terms with strong client relations and monitor accounts to reduce risk. You’ll provide accurate reporting and assist with cash-flow forecasting, while ensuring policy compliance and process improvements.This position offers cross-site collaboration, including Barcelona and India, with a focus on measurable KPI delivery and continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Manage AR collection performance for a portfolio of customers
- Oversee cash collection, account reconciliation and key customer relationships
- Engage with customers via automated workflows or own judgement
- Resolve unallocated cash and credit through reconciliation and customer contact
- Support centralized functions in Barcelona and India (cash apps; disputes)
- Attend monthly reviews and prepare metrics for SSC management
- Adhere to SLAs and work to improve KPIs
- Ensure compliance with process design, data quality principles and drive policy/process improvements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Cash Collection
- Fluency with German
- Experience handling complex customer accounts
- Dispute resolution and management experience
- Experience with collection software
- Knowledge of Oracle or SAP or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in Shared Service environment
- Self-starter with results-driven mindset
