We are looking for an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Barcelona, Spain.

What You'll Do- Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
- Assist customers with service-related, payment, and technical inquiries.
- Deliver accurate information while following established procedures.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
- Native or C2 level Icelandic.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems).
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
- Location: Barcelona, Spain
- Schedule: 38.5 hours/week, Monday–Sunday (rotational shifts)
- Working Hours: Between 09:00 and 20:00
- Salary: €22,249 gross/year
- Temporary employment contract
