In this role you will deliver accurate management accounts and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making across the group. You will work with management and finance teams to provide timely reporting and commentary, linking budgeting, forecasting, and performance data to business objectives.Your work will drive financial clarity for internal and external stakeholders and support continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Prepare management accounts with KPIs, variance analysis, and commentary
- Deliver periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for assigned business units
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with objectives
- Provide financial analysis including cost, profitability, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear financial insights
- Contribute to M&A activities and business improvement initiatives (system implementations and process enhancements)
- Support continuous improvement of reporting tools, processes, and data accuracy
- Undertake additional responsibilities to support the Finance function
- Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and/or GAAP)
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate financial data
- Advanced Excel skills and strong overall digital proficiency
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and collaborative work style
