In this Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead role, you drive a key ERP transformation to a single global platform. You own the Oracle Fusion Cloud technically, partner with the system integrator, and safeguard security, SoX compliance, environments, and operations.After go-live, you lead run & evolve activities and continuous improvement. You will shape technical standards, build the platform and team, and contribute to a long-term finance transformation with high business visibility.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Serve as the technical reference for Oracle Fusion Cloud within Monetize & Core Finance
- Own platform governance, security (RBAC), environments, and operational standards
- Lead Oracle Quarterly Update cycles, release analysis and non-regression testing
- Ensure permanent audit readiness and SoX / ITGC compliance
- Oversee technical operations (ESS jobs, monitoring, L3 incidents)
- Collaborate with integration, architecture, and functional teams to evolve the platform
- 7+ years of experience in technical ERP administration, ideally on SaaS platforms
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise with security and access management (RBAC, user provisioning)
- Experience with environment & pod management (P2T / T2T) and ESS jobs
- Comfort working in regulated environments with SoX / ITGC and audit practices
- Experience managing application release cycles and coordinating testing activities
- Platform owner mindset: proactive, structured, and able to tackle complex topics
