In this role you will optimize how sales resources are deployed across franchises, mentoring SFE, training, CRM, and BI teams to deliver impactful support. You will align with the Sales Lead and regional teams to implement best practices, set KPIs, and ensure effective adoption of processes.You’ll oversee CRM/BI initiatives and territory design, driving cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making. This is a strategic, impactful role at Allergan Aesthetics within a global AbbVie ecosystem.

- Collaborate with Sales Lead to implement best practices and optimize deployment of sales resources
- Define customer profiling/segmentation strategies and measure success of approaches
- Lead projects to optimize coverage of key accounts and territory redesigns for maximal impact
- Develop KPIs and metrics with BI to track sales performance across franchises
- Stay current on Salesforce deployment trends and contribute to incentive design with regional teams
- Lead CRM/BI projects, ensure adoption, training, and alignment with business plans
- Support recruitment and training needs for sales operations roles; coordinate with HR and country leadership
- Represent the country on regional boards and relay regional international initiatives to the business
- Research and implement training interventions to improve selling and account management capabilities
- Plan capability development with Country Training Manager and commercial leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales intelligence/salesforce effectiveness/operation/analytics in Pharma, Healthcare or FMCG
- Senior/second-line sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record managing large cross-functional/multi-brand projects at country or international level
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills
