This role blends ownership, speed, and collaboration to shape Glovo’s visual narrative at scale. You’ll work in a fast-paced, talent-driven culture that values impact and continuous learning.

• Lead end-to-end design from briefs to polished assets for Social Media, PR and Global Affairs
• Maintain and enforce visual identity as the brand guardian across all content
• Act as primary design contact for internal teams, negotiating deadlines and expectations
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to respond rapidly to requests with swift iterations

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva
• Diploma in Graphic Design with a compelling portfolio
• Move-fast mindset, thrives under pressure and adapts to last-minute shifts
• Professional resilience, growth-oriented and receptive to feedback
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers and manage stakeholder asks
• Bonus: experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; prior experience coordinating workflows and mentoring junior designers
