As part of our Revenue Management Department, we are looking for a Revenue Management Specialist with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for maximizing commercial performance. This role is essential to unlocking revenue potential, improving fleet utilization and ensuring our pricing decisions align with market trends and business objectives.
Responsibilities- Analyze pricing, demand patterns, and fleet utilization to recommend rate adjustments across markets.
- Develop and optimize pricing strategies based on data insights, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Regularly review and update rental rates to maximize revenue and maintain market competitiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, trends, and key insights for senior management.
- Forecast demand to support planning and ensure optimal fleet allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to align pricing strategies with business goals and seasonality.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and availability across reservation systems and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Track competitor rates and promotions to anticipate market movements.
- Support special projects and contribute analysis that drives continuous revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or analytical roles within rent‑a‑car, travel, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of yield management, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting.
- Ability to interpret large data sets and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with revenue management systems and reservation platforms (highly valued).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
