About the role
We are looking for a motion designer and video editor to join our motion team in Barcelona. This contract may be extended based on performance.
We are seeking someone who’s as comfortable in the edit suite as they are animating from scratch, organised and proactive, with a clear eye for how ideas translate into motion. You’ll work closely with our digital and creative teams across daily projects and bigger campaign proposals, managing a high volume of assets without losing sight of quality.
Key responsibilities- Edit and produce video content across a diverse brand portfolio using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design and execute motion graphics and animations that strengthen storytelling and elevate each piece.
- Prepare, organise, and manage project assets, including footage, audio, and codecs across multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with brand managers, senior editors, producers, and creatives throughout the production process.
- Work within hybrid workflows that blend traditional post-production with generative AI tools where relevant.
- Support finishing tasks including color grading, regional adaptations and delivery file preperation.
- Research social content trends, design movements, and art direction to feed into creative proposals.
- Participate in the conceptualization and development of campaigns for a broad portfolio of clients.
- Provide post-production support across the creative team as needed.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates agency-level editing and motion work.
- Solid understanding of digital content and social media ecosystems and how content performs across platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, you should be comfortable managing high-volume accounts day to day and responding quickly to briefs.
- Clear, collaborative communication within a fast-moving creative team.
- The ability to develop ideas into scalable content formats that serve the project strategy.
- Video editing and motion graphics with After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion design, ideally in an agency environment.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools such as SORA, Krea and NanoBanana.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of social media, app, and display formats is a plus.
- 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D or similar) is a bonus, but not essential.

- Remote flex Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2.30 PM.
- Three weeks of remote work per year.
- Summer working hours across July and August (9:00 AM to 4.00 PM).
