You will collaborate with engineering, operations and vendors to deliver end-to-end improvements and evidence-based maintenance decisions. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to shape reliability at scale in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Lead power resilience workstreams across multiple internal and site teams
• Manage vendor relationships and review vendor deliverables for accuracy and compliance
• Provide regular status reports and executive briefings to senior stakeholders
• Serve as SME in electrical distribution for site auditing, RCA, and problem resolution
• Lead end-to-end Power System Studies: data collection, modelling, and implementation of findings
• Evaluate commissioning, maintenance, and testing docs for key electrical assets to identify risks and guide decisions
• Ensure compliance with EU electrical safety standards and regulations (BS 7671, local EU requirements)
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies for arc flash and other operational risks
• Leverage data analytics to support asset reliability decisions and program prioritization
• Support annual budgeting cycles and planning

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressive electrical discipline experience in electrical engineering and/or technical program management
• Experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
• Knowledge of electrical distribution (LV, MV, HV) and electrical safety
• Experience in Power System Studies (short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, load flow)
• Experience with asset reliability, switchgear maintenance, transformer condition monitoring
• Experience in vendor management or engineering roles
• Experience with electrical engineering software for power system analyses
• Willingness to work weekends/nights/holidays
• Ability to communicate technically with senior stakeholders
• Speaks French, Spanish, German or Italian (preferred)
