Experteer Overview

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of top German advertisers, focusing on retention, growth, and upsell of Criteo’s products. You’ll analyze performance metrics, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as the client’s primary point of contact.

You’ll plan budgets, present insights, and drive revenue and margins through strategic optimization. This is a collaborative, data-driven position within a global, inclusive culture that values client impact and cross-functional execution.

  • Manage a portfolio of top German accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Upsell post-sale products and services to existing clients
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to improve revenue and margins
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to produce detailed client reports and insights
  • Plan and forecast yearly budgets with clients and negotiate terms
  • Create personalized decks and presentations for quarterly business reviews
  • Educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices
  • Serve as the go-to contact for client questions and issue escalation
Responsabilidades
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Direct industry experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with persuasive writing
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape and competitive dynamics
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work across functions/teams
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration ability
