Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the technical execution of prefab projects, ensuring design documents, specs and scope are thoroughly understood and aligned with customer requirements and schedule. You will coordinate and produce technical documentation, manage change and submittals, and guide engineers and designers through execution.You’ll work closely with project managers, technical leaders and production teams to deliver compliant, traceable engineering outcomes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on project quality and delivery.

- Maintain technical project files and meeting minutes
- Develop approval drawings and submittal packages to meet customer scope
- Perform change management for design docs and submittals
- Track technical deviations and coordinate resolutions
- Manage engineering work schedule and assign tasks to designers/SMEs
- Develop major bill of materials (BOM) for the project
- Coordinate internal design reviews with designers/SMEs during execution
- Create and distribute submittal requests and track shop drawings and submittals
- Maintain engineering hours budget and current design documents with addenda/redlines
- Perform QC during integration to ensure design compliance
- Handover engineering documentation to Factory Production Specialists
- Prepare final project documentation (as-built drawings, O&M, spare parts) and secure warranties
- Ensure redlining is reflected in final as-built documents
- Coach Junior Project Engineers on large/complex projects
- Deliver technical information to customers on time with Technical Leaders/PMs
- Maintain detailed submittal review and distribution procedures
- Maintain project engineering files for subcontract and bid packages
- Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
- 5 to 10 years in Engineering for Construction or Automotive/related fields
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, monitoring) and building/industrial installations
- Strong documentation, coordination and cross-disciplinary integration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Autodesk REVIT, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD 2D, Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience with REVIT preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
