This is a hands-on, high-impact position at a growth-focused tech company solving real-world logistics challenges. You will operate at scale, balancing performance with rigorous security and incident readiness.

• Lead security architecture and design reviews to ensure security, reliability, and scalability
• Develop and enforce security standards, baseline configurations, and hardening guidelines
• Own reliability, availability, performance, and security of production systems
• Design and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security practices
• Build automation to improve deployment, stability, and security posture
• Enhance security and observability with monitoring, logging, SIEM across distributed systems
• Lead incident response, threat monitoring, on-call support, and improve operational readiness
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance audits
• Promote secure coding, infrastructure, and deployment practices through mentoring
• Stay updated on threats and best practices and integrate improvements into processes
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support (max 72 days/year)

• 5+ years in DevOps and Security Engineering with cloud security, hardening, and application security focus
• Hands-on security of AWS and GCP, including IaC with Terraform and Ansible
• Experience securing large-scale, high-availability distributed systems
• Integrating security controls into CI/CD via Jenkins and Bitbucket
• Deep understanding of SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning, and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Scripting in Python and Bash for automation
• Experience with Zero Trust, IAM, and secrets management
• Hands-on with AWS/GCP security services (GuardDuty, SCC, Shield, CloudTrail) and SIEM/observability (Elastic Stack)
• Strong troubleshooting in network security, encryption, and secure design
