Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the creation, validation, and upkeep of aircraft maintenance manuals and related technical data. You will coordinate authoring activities, ensure quality and contractual compliance, and interface with customers and partners across borders.

You’ll drive continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools while aligning with design criteria and safety standards. The position offers exposure to transnational teams and a chance to shape maintenance information for airlines, MROs, and lessors.

Lead Technical Data Delivery: coordinate authoring, ensure content meets specifications, quality, and budget objectives
Resolve roadblocks delaying manual updates within ATA chapters
Continuously assess documentation for customer issues and implement improvements
Serve as the interface between Technical Data, customers, and internal/external partners
Manage MSN-level configuration of written procedures
Oversee subcontractors: deliveries, performance, and KPI analysis
Evaluate impact of design criteria (Mod, SB, MMEL, CDL, MPD) on manuals and ensure integration
Drive transnational and cross-organizational improvements to products and processes
Respond to customer questions via the Tech Request Tool to improve satisfaction and safety impact awareness
Be open to transversal missions like a Technical Data Customer Interface for airline/lessor portfolios

Responsabilidades

General knowledge of aircraft systems
Experience with digitalization and Google Suite tools
Experience in data analytics and programming (Python) or 3D tools (CATIA)
Experience in project management
Previous direct customer contact and ability to meet deadlines is a plus
Willingness to travel within Europe
Spanish native; English at negotiation level (B2)
Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or similar (or equivalent technical apprenticeship)
