In this hybrid role within ABB Robotics, you act as the strategic bridge between business operations and IT infrastructure, delivering IS solutions that enable transformation. You translate complex requirements into actionable specifications and drive solution design using data analytics.You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet governance and user needs, and you support testing, change impact, and release readiness. You help align IS strategy with business goals at scale, contributing to ABB's robotics-led digital transformation.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for delivery partners
- Drive solution design using data analytics and modelling to align with IS strategy
- Support continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and user acceptance testing
- Manage stakeholder relationships with senior stakeholders to define costs and upcoming demand
- Ensure compliance with corporate IS policies and governance standards
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-centered design and digital experience alignment
- Support impact assessments and change analyses for enhancements and integrations
- Define and validate test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure release readiness
- Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical IS capabilities and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and specification development
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Familiarity with IS governance or ITIL concepts preferred
