You will contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and mentor junior developers, helping the team solve complex engineering problems. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and opportunities to grow across software disciplines in a multinational setting.

• Develop and maintain software applications using PHP/Drupal technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security; supervise team developments
• Promote continuous improvement and propose enhancements to application development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and guide team activities

• >4 years of professional software development experience
• Mastery of PHP and Drupal (PHP 7-8, Drupal 8-10)
• Strong knowledge of Drupal module development, Twig theming, and DI containers
• Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies; ability to participate in design and roadmap activities
• Proficiency in REST/JSON APIs, Symfony ecosystem, Composer, YAML, and caching
• DevOps: Linux/UNIX, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, automated deployments
• Database experience with MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL; NoSQL knowledge when needed
• Unit/functional testing with PHPUnit/Behat/PHPStan; debugging complex environments
• Git, GitLab, GitHub; code review and branching workflows
• Fluent English and French; strong communication skills
• Problem-solving, proactive stakeholder engagement, and ability to guide teams
• Ability to manage project costs and align technical work with business objectives
