As Strategic Implementation Manager, you will direct and coordinate account strategies for Avery Dennison’s largest, most strategic client base on regional and global scales. You’ll drive profitable, sustainable growth by shaping long-term plans, managing pilot implementations, and leading onboarding with cross-functional teams.Your work supports senior client leadership, propels value realization, and ensures smooth adoption through QBRs and ongoing usage monitoring. This role offers strategic influence and the chance to shape how a key account accelerates performance.

- Lead client onboarding and coordinate internal teams for seamless experience
- Identify and resolve friction points during implementation
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, operations, and technical services
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, adoption tracking, and QBRs
- Monitor usage rates and user feedback
- Lead a team of brand product developers and foster alignment with Avery Dennison values
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in Key Account Management (KAM) within the apparel industry on a global level
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic leadership and outside-in thinking
- Skilled in value selling and influencing for accountability and results
- Excellent communication and motivational skills with a long-term strategic view
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong plus
