Senior Fullstack Engineer - Madrid/Barcelona(remote) – International client

Experteer Overview

The role emphasizes DevOps, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (Azure DevOps, AWS). You will work in an international setup with English proficiency required. This is a hands-on senior role shaping the tech stack and architecture.

• Lead backend architecture and development for performance, scalability and reliability
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Contribute to frontend development with ReactJS, Typescript, Vite and Tailwind
• Drive technical decision-making and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders
• Participate in architectural reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate deployments and operations with infrastructure in Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Ensure high code quality with comprehensive testing including Playwright for end-to-end and integration tests

• 5+ years of Python experience
• FastAPI experience
• JavaScript/Typescript
• ReactJS (3+ years preferred)
• Typescript, Tailwind, Vite
• Redis, Alembic migrations
• MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure DevOps
• English C1 (mandatory)
