Experteer Overview
In this role you contribute to Fever’s engineering effort powering global arts and live entertainment experiences. You will work within the engineering team, shaping architecture and delivering high-traffic PHP applications, with a focus on WordPress-based systems.You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with scalable solutions, and contribute from onboarding through large-scale project launches. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role at a growth-stage, international company with a mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.

- Familiarize with tech stack, CI/CD workflows and infrastructure
- Contribute production-ready PHP code; implement and refine features
- Design and implement architecture for complex systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize product development
- Engage in hackdays/hackathons with other teams to broaden exposure
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Support system performance and reliability as the project scales
- Deep knowledge of Wordpress, PHP and Symfony framework
- Experience creating/modifying Wordpress plugins and themes
- Experience managing multiple Wordpress sites
- Mysql database experience
- Experience addressing cross-browser compatibility issues
- Productivity, self-starter and self-motivated
- Proficiency in business English
