Experteer Overview
You will lead the development and deployment of a hospital treatment pathway program focused on addressing capacity bottlenecks for TAVI with the SAPIEN platform across Europe. You will drive the strategy within the marketing ecosystem and align cross-functional teams to integrate offerings into a single, impactful program.You’ll design, test, and evolve the program to meet evolving hospital needs and patient treatment goals. You will communicate clearly with external program faculty and internal stakeholders, shaping impact and growth for Edwards THV in Europe.

- Manage and align relationships with program faculty to meet evolving European patient treatment needs.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with strong program management.
- Significant experience in strategy, hospital program management, and healthcare industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospitals).
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and HCPs.
- Experience in Global/Regional/Local marketing environments.
- Proven track record in marketing, business strategy, and delivering large or multiple programs with influence on outcomes.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to lead execution.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
