Experteer Overview

You’ll set up and manage labs, contribute to protocol and consent inputs, and drive risk mitigation and training for sites. This role combines cross-functional collaboration with hands-on lab operations to accelerate high-impact therapies. You will be a key partner in delivering compliant, highest-quality biospecimen data for trial success.

• Define and execute biospecimen strategies with clinical development teams
• Oversee collection, analysis, data transfer, and disposition of biospecimens
• Lead lab setup and management for kit building, sample handling, and testing
• Provide input on sample-related protocol and consent sections
• Identify and escalate biospecimen risks; implement mitigation plans
• Develop training materials and lab manuals for clinical sites
• Ensure accurate data transfer and reconciliation with trial data managers
• Oversee budget review of lab proposals, cost forecasting, and invoice validation

• Bachelor in Life Sciences
• strong background in clinical trials and biospecimen management
• deep knowledge of sample logistics and ethical considerations
• ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
• strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• technical expertise in lab operations and data integrity
• proficiency in SOP compliance and risk mitigation
