Experteer Overview

In this role you will ensure end-to-end supply chain execution to secure material availability and production continuity. You will act as a bridge between Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Sales and Logistics, supporting demand planning and supplier coordination to optimize costs and operations.

You will work on forecasting, inventory optimization and production scheduling within a high-skilled, multicultural team. This is a hands-on role that shapes material flow and KPI performance in a global tech environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Manage inventory levels including safety stock, replenishment, stock rotation and obsolescence control
  • Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on demand forecasts and production schedules
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production plans in alignment with operational priorities
  • Coordinate inbound material flows to ensure timely availability for production
  • Monitor purchase orders, supplier lead times, delays and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays or quality issues and mitigate supply risks
  • Handle material transfers, returns, discrepancies and stock adjustments
  • Coordinate outbound shipments, logistics documentation and compliance requirements
  • Perform demand analysis, forecasting and consumption variance reviews
  • Track and report key supply chain KPIs (OTD, fill rate, stock accuracy, inventory turns, obsolescence)
  • Analyze logistics and supply chain costs and propose optimization initiatives
  • Identify risks, define corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate master data and transactions in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar)
  • Support internal and external audits, cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Ensure alignment with quality, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, procurement or materials management
  • Experience with MRP planning and BOM management
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar)
  • Strong background in inventory management techniques (ABC analysis, safety stock, cycle counts)
  • Experience in production planning and scheduling (PPC / PCS)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Intermediate-advanced English (B2) and advanced Spanish (C1)
  • Proficiency with Oracle, Workday and MS Office tools
