In this hands-on role you will own end-to-end Record-to-Report design for Oracle ERP Cloud, focusing on scalable, controlled accounting processes. You will bridge finance requirements with system design, working closely with IT, FP&A, and Tax to implement robust R2R capabilities.
You’ll lead workshops, validate configurations, and support testing and cutover activities to ensure clean go-live. The role connects ERP with EPM to align transactional and consolidated reporting, driving effective closing and operational improvements.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Own R2R functional design for end-to-end processes (GL, AP, AR, intercompany, fixed assets)
Define accounting requirements aligned with US GAAP/IFRS and internal policies
Design and maintain scalable Chart of Accounts and accounting data model
Ensure accounting flows are reflected in system configuration
Lead finance workshops and gather detailed functional requirements
Act as primary finance counterpart to SI, challenging design and optimizing Oracle Cloud usage
Review configurations and ensure alignment with business needs
Support SIT/UAT testing focusing on accounting scenarios and data integrity
Contribute to cutover planning and accounting readiness for go-live
Partner with Consolidation and EPM to align ERP with EPM implementations
Embed strong internal controls (SOX, audit, compliance) into system design
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate R2R processes
Drive post go-live improvements and continuous enhancement of Oracle ERP

Responsabilidades

8–12 years experience in accounting and/or finance transformation
Strong R2R functional experience is required
Hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience
Experience in Chart of Accounts design and accounting data models
System configuration and testing (SIT/UAT)
Experience with SI and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of US GAAP (IFRS a plus)
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is a strong plus
Fluent in English
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
