• Develop and implement cross-platform social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Translate product and campaign goals into social plans aligned with roadmaps and calendars
• Plan and coordinate social campaigns and content calendars with marketing, product, and live-ops timelines
• Define content guidelines, formats, and priorities for consistent execution
• Oversee daily posting and engagement with an execution partner
• Brief, review, and adapt assets with creative and marketing teams for social use
• Monitor weekly social performance and report on key KPIs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Creative, Performance, and Customer Support to align initiatives and surface community insights
• Escalate player feedback and sentiment to internal teams as needed
• Stay updated on trends, suggest new formats and optimizations
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Reddit is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field
• +3 years of experience managing social media accounts
• Solid understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Looker, Hootsuite, Level Up, Sprout Social)
• Experience planning, coordinating, and optimizing social content and campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Gaming experience is a must; casual gaming a plus
• Community experience (Discord, Reddit) a plus
