Procurement Analytics and Insights Specialist

You’ll act as a domain expert on procurement data, delivering timely, user-friendly analyses that support performance improvements. This is a mission-driven opportunity to enable smarter procurement decisions that impact patient access and Roche’s broader goals.

• Manage and coordinate analytics projects and deliverables to meet objectives
• Document/prioritize requests, manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and resources
• Serve as liaison between Analytics team and internal stakeholders for procurement data needs
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, manage expectations and communication
• Provide domain knowledge on procurement data, analytics approaches, visualization, and best practices
• Analyze complex procurement operations data to generate actionable insights and improve operational effectiveness
• Ensure analytics outputs are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly
• Foster a collaborative team environment with knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Master's degree in business management, data science/analytics, finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience as an analyst in procurement operations or supply chain analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
• Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions and data modeling
• Strong influencing and presentation skills; able to convey complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities; able to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution in a global context
