Experteer Overview

You will work across engineering, category management and operations to enable scalable cost-reduction programs. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes strategic sourcing and continuous improvement at scale.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to identify design-to-cost opportunities and drive cost improvements
• Provide cost information to support management decisions
• Develop procurement cost-engineering roadmaps and should-cost targets for one or more categories
• Create reliable bottom-up cost models using costing methods and tools during design/specification development
• Work with suppliers and stakeholders to push product innovations and cost-reduction strategies
• Enhance specification templates with category managers to standardize procurement processes
• Track cost-engineering KPIs and scorecards to assess supplier performance and cost improvements
• Summarize cost analysis findings for management decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related quantitative field
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in supply chain
• Experience as procurement/purchasing analyst or similar operational role in procurement
