- Implement End‑to‑End Solutions: integrate web/mobile Trusteer and Safer Payments into authentication and payment workflows
- Collaborate with Clients: work with fraud ops, risk, digital channels, payments, security teams to align controls with goals and regulations
- Analyze Client Environments: assess telemetry, device signals, and transactions; run simulations and back‑tests to improve detection
- Provide Expert Guidance: advise on device fingerprinting, anomaly detection, bot mitigation, risk‑based authentication, and governance
- Support Client Adoption: enable training, playbooks, dashboards, KPIs; ensure smooth handover to production
- Experience with IBM Trusteer and IBM Safer Payments implementations
- OpenShift/Kubernetes and performance optimization for sub‑200 ms decisioning
- Exposure to SIEM/SOAR, data platforms (Splunk/Elastic/cloud), dashboards (Grafana/Power BI)
- Knowledge of PSD2/RTS SCA, SEPA Instant/RTP, PCI DSS, GDPR, and model governance
- Behavioral biometrics, device intelligence, bot defense, identity proofing, risk‑based authentication
- Languages: English - Advanced/Professional
- Integration of risk decisions into authentication and payment flows via APIs/event streams
- Banking fraud and payments risk best practices
- Pre/post‑sales engineering or technical account management
- Spanish language a plus for Iberia/EMEA engagements
