You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy best-fit marketing tech, diagnose issues, and document performance metrics. This role offers the chance to shape marketing automation at scale within a leader in CXM across Spain.

• Investigate and propose innovative marketing automation and martech solutions
• Analyze marketing automation implementations and performance
• Contribute to high-level architecture design for marketing automation solutions
• Implement cloud-based marketing architecture and infrastructure
• Define policies for customer journey activation in automation
• Execute functional and specialized marketing tasks
• Ensure effective use of automated cloud communications
• Decide what processes to run in the cloud for marketing automation
• Organize assets and structures for cloud-based automations
• Provide functional consulting to ensure smooth automated processes
• Implement automation to meet customer needs across touchpoints
• Adopt latest marketing technology advancements
• Test, diagnose, and resolve issues in martech tools
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics

• Proven experience creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ampscript knowledge is a plus
• Experience in database management
• Knowledge of automation software and performance evaluation
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Ability to manage marketing projects
• Advanced level of English; another language desirable
