Italian Speaking Team Leader - Sales Ads
The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of sales performance within their team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, activity levels, and conversion goals. This role drives frontline execution by coaching sales representatives (SDR, AE and AM) managing pipeline discipline, and ensuring consistent performance across SMB EMEA Direct clients and Agency segments.

- Support forecast preparation and identify opportunities to improve team performance and drive business growth
- Delegate tasks and set clear priorities aligned with sales targets and operational needs
- Oversee day-to-day sales execution, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to processes
- Monitor team performance across pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics, reporting on results and improvement actions
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve sales execution and performance outcomes
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve performance or operational issues impacting results
- Recognize high performance and drive accountability across the team
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, tools, and performance standards
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in sales, with readiness to take on team leadership responsibilities
- Strong people skills with the ability to coach, support, and influence performance
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for sales, technology, and digital environments, with a willingness to learn and develop
- C2 level of Italian
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically (C2).
- Experience in advertising sales or digital sales environments
- Understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and pipeline management
- A team player with strong leadership potential, analytical, and communication skills.

- Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
