• Seasoned developer: able to translate challenging ideas into code, create abstractions, navigate large codebases, debug complex issues, and communicate effectively.
• Experience working in teams (2+ developers), giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• 3 years professional application development experience (personal/open-source projects can substitute).
• Strongly typed languages (TypeScript preferred).
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• SPA frameworks (Angular preferred).
• Excellent English (CEFR C1 or higher).
• (Near) full-time availability (32+ hours/week).
• Based in Europe (no visa sponsorship).

• Work on front- and back-end of CTcue application (IQVIA Patient Finder Solution): implement features, improve functionality, resolve bugs.
• Collaborate on code improvements, expand test coverage.
• Contribute to documentation (processes, workflows, features).
• Review pull requests, refine JIRA tickets, assist support team with escalations.

• Contribute to innovation in healthcare, improving patient outcomes.
• Take ownership of technical communication in cross-team projects.
• Suggest technical and non-technical improvements (e.g., UI enhancements).

• Team: 1 product owner, 1 designer, 4 developers (including lead).
• CTcue organization: ~30 people, part of IQVIA EMEA.
• Agile, 2-week sprints; flexible work (home, office, hybrid); monthly team day.
• Tech stack: NodeJS, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch (back-end); Angular, TypeScript, Akita (front-end).
