In this role, you will lead complex equipment and system projects across Spain and Portugal, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and customers from order to startup. You will be highly visible, balancing commercial outcomes with hands-on problem-solving on site.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing cutting-edge food technology. This position combines travel across the region with a collaborative, impact-driven culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead multiple projects across Spain-Portugal to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality
- Collaborate with Sales and Applications during pre-sales to assess risks, shape proposals, and support visits
- Serve as main customer contact, building trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project scope, timelines, and responsibilities with clarity and confidence
- Plan and oversee milestones including delivery, installation, and production start-up
- Attend customer sites for kick-off, pre-installation, and installation phases
- Resolve on-site challenges with engineers, suppliers, and account teams
- Monitor project financials, forecast costs, and protect margins
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with on-site project coordination and travel responsibilities
