You’ll optimize demand and production planning, and enhance end-to-end integration with tailored services, while influencing internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape how Amazon manages complex supply chains for premier brands across Europe.

• Define and execute the Supply Chain roadmap for Fashion and Sports brands
• Collaborate with Product and Programs managers and Category Specialists to drive process improvements
• Improve product availability, profitability, and execution excellence for brand partners
• Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization and tailored services
• Analyze drivers of availability and operational inputs such as EDI adoption and PO confirmations
• Manage transformation initiatives to evolve procurement and supply chain management
• Lead and influence stakeholders in ambiguous environments while maintaining a customer-centric focus
• Analyze metrics across brands’ supply chain management to drive decisions

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel through prioritization and planning
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in written and verbal form
• Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
• Experience in supply chain, project management or management consulting
