As Technical Product Owner for the SRE team, you define and prioritize reliability-focused initiatives to ensure scalable, available, high-performance platforms. You collaborate with SREs, engineering, and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable work, championing reliability, automation, and operational excellence.You lead key initiatives and oversee delivery for SRE scrum teams, driving impact at scale. This role blends product ownership with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

- Translate platform/SRE needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Define and track success metrics (developer productivity, reliability, cost efficiency)
- Conduct discovery via interviews, Dev Experience surveys, incident reviews, and platform metrics (DORA, CI/CD)
- Lead migrations and deprecations with clarity and empathy
- Oversee delivery of SRE initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery by removing blockers
- 2 - 4 years as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar in platform environments
- Proven PO/TPM experience in a software engineering setting
- Strong understanding of SRE principles, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with monitoring/alerting/incident management/automation tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, Terraform)
- Deep knowledge of product management methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical background (former engineer/SRE) is highly desirable
