Senior Product & Strategy Lead

This is a strategic, high-impact position with a focus on market leadership and cross‑functional execution.

• Define and manage global product strategy and roadmap for Smaragd
• Lead market analysis, competitive positioning, and translation of insights into epics and capabilities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Consulting to align product vision with technical implementation
• Establish governance, traceability, and quality standards across the product
• Engage with executives and customers on RFPs, workshops, and product reviews
• Mentor PMs/BA/ SMEs and guide functional governance frameworks
• Lead strategic customer and regulatory interactions at executive level
• Drive global growth and RegTech relevance through thought leadership on risk models, screening, and AI

• 6+ years in product, compliance, and RegTech
• Deep expertise in AML, KYC, sanctions, and payments
• Solid understanding of banks' operational compliance processes (transaction monitoring, screening, CDD, reporting, alert handling)
• Ability to translate regulatory insights into a strategic product vision
• Strong market, competitive, and innovation focus
• Executive stakeholder management
• Leadership skills and thought leadership
• Excellent English skills
