In this role you lead the AR function across business units and jurisdictions to optimize cash flow and ensure accurate billing. You will manage and mentor the AR team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.You collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to deliver reliable reporting and resolve escalated issues. The position focuses on scalable AR operations, cross-functional alignment, and strategic impact within the group. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead, supervise and develop the AR team with clear objectives and ongoing training
- Manage workload distribution to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness
- Oversee customer invoicing for OL/WL customers ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Interpret data from BI tools relevant to the billing cycle
- Monitor group-level receivables across locations and ensure consistent AR policy application
- Lead monthly revenue reviews and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement AR collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts
- Serve as escalation point for overdue accounts and complex reconciliations
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to resolve payment issues and optimize terms
- Produce and present monthly AR performance reports and ageing analyses
- Lead AR-related audit activities and maintain compliant documentation
- Maintain and update AR policies and procedures manual
- Partner with Treasury and Payables to resolve intercompany issues
- Forecast cash flow with finance leadership and support working capital optimization
- Drive automation and process improvements within AR to enhance accuracy and scalability
- Leverage ERP and reporting tools (e.g., Navision, advanced Excel) to streamline workflows
- Bachelor in Finance
- Minimum of 3 years in accounts receivable or related finance role
- Experience in multinational or gaming industry preferred
- Prior gaming experience highly preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Navision)
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience
- Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
