You drive measurable improvements in performance and customer experience through structured design, trade-off resolution, and adoption. You’ll deliver a TBM playbook and model framework to guide scale.

• Lead complex, multi‑functional projects with clear milestones and goals
• Coordinate with program/portfolio management to align with business strategy
• Govern project steering and sponsorship structures for timely decisions
• Execute change management plans including training and communication
• Manage dependencies and alignment with BAU activities
• Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress and decisions
• Ensure PMO governance and standardized tools for quality and compliance
• Oversee budget tracking and financial reporting for projects
• Oversee transition to business-as-usual readiness
• Conduct lessons learned and share best practices
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders to resolve issues and drive success
• Coach and mentor project managers and analysts to build team capabilities
• Own TBM workstream plan and integration with program roadmap
• Drive evolution of TBM with interim and target states
• Gain stakeholder endorsement for TBM updates and design decisions
• Preserve TBM knowledge and decision history for continuity
• Perform structured As-Is/To-Be gap analyses across people, process, tech, data and controls
• Define decision frameworks to accelerate alignment and reduce rework
• Co‑lead TBM transition planning including readiness and BAU transition
• Ensure TBM designs are viable, adopted, and stabilised post-implementation
• Create urgency and accountability across multi-workstream environments
• Support governance, risk management, and benefits realisation linked to KPIs
• Consolidate TBM adoption in Chile and expand into North America/Europe
• Translate Chile learnings into scalable patterns for replication
• Engage senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment
• Facilitate executive workshops and prepare executive materials

• 8-12+ years in management consulting or large-scale digital/data-driven transformation
• Experience owning and delivering a Target Operating/Business Model
• Experience scaling a model from pilot to rollout
• Cross-regional work experience, ideally Americas
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments and drive progress
