This role is not just onboarding — you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns with long-term impact.
What You'll Do- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new business clients
- Develop and launch high-performing PPC / Google Ads campaigns
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored digital strategies
- Drive upselling, increased ad spend, and long-term account growth
- Manage a high volume of outbound interactions (calls, emails, CRM updates)
- Build strong relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and scalability
- ~2 years experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management
- Strong understanding or interest in Google Ads / PPC / digital marketing ecosystem
- Experience working with clients in a target-driven environment
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, persuasive way
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and accounts
Market-Specific Strengths
German Market:
- Understanding of German business culture & decision-making
- Ability to engage structured, ROI-focused clients
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy expectations
Benelux Market:
- Understanding of multilingual environments and stakeholder complexity
- Ability to manage diverse client expectations across NL/BE
