Experteer Overview

You’ll assess business models and strategic positioning of targets, coordinating with auditors and advisors. The position offers high-impact exposure across the full investment lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Lead and manage due diligence processes for potential transactions
• Support end-to-end acquisition process, including execution and negotiations with senior stakeholders
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities
• Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for boards, investors, banks, and stakeholders
• Analyze target companies' business models and strategic positioning
• Build and review financial models, including valuations, LBOs, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist in investment memorandums and transaction documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and external advisors during reviews
• Develop financial models for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
• Produce financial reports and consolidation packages for internal and client use
• Implement and oversee financial best practices across company and portfolio
• Identify new investment opportunities through data analysis and market intelligence
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives linked to investment activities
• Provide support on strategic or ad hoc projects as required by senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in Mu0026A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services
• Audit or accounting experience is a plus
• International experience or exposure valued
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally
