The role supports the Market Lead and central PMO, promoting integrated ways of working and breaking silos to drive client success. This is a hands-on role at scale, shaping how campaigns come to life.

• Plan, track, and report on digital initiatives (media, CRM, web, data) with risk, timeline, and dependency management
• Coordinate timely, high-quality campaign planning across contributors
• Provide structured updates, dashboards, and reports to Market Lead and clients
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with local and central stakeholders
• Ensure governance adherence and drive adoption of tools within the local team
• Serve as operational liaison between brand, media, CRM, and digital teams
• Support embedding of integrated ways of working and breaking silos
• Coordinate with central teams/PMO to manage dependencies and alignment
• Share best practices, success stories, and case studies across markets
• Support onboarding, tools access, and resource alignment
• Ensure reporting delivers clear business value across local and central dashboards
• Assist with training, adoption, and consistent ways of working

• 6-9 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or project management (agency or client side)
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Solid understanding of media, CRM, and digital campaign execution
• Ability to navigate complexity with attention to detail and structured problem solving
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
