You will own audits, PPAP, and supplier performance monitoring to boost yields and reliability. This opportunity lets you shape quality across a global supplier network within a mission-driven clean energy company.

• Assess potential suppliers for quality system capabilities via audits
• Conduct process audits and close open issues with effective corrective actions
• Communicate non-conformances and drive cross-functional resolutions with suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and drive corrective actions to improve yields and field reliability
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and sourcing to implement quality, yield, and cost improvements
• Notify suppliers of customer complaints and perform root-ccause investigations on-site
• Apply statistical methods and present data for decision making
• Lead PPAP activities and ensure no open points before production

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 6-8 years in manufacturing and inspection of controllers/motors/PV modules
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified
• Proficiency with quality tools: 8D, 5 Why, SPC, Pareto, RCA
• Must be QMS/IATF/VDA lead auditor certified
• Strong understanding of QMS and process automation
• Planning, prioritization, and continuous learning mindset
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
