Robotics Calibration Software Engineer

You’ll write and review high-quality C++, Python (and Rust), and contribute to innovative IP. This role blends research, software engineering, and field support to deliver reliable robotics solutions. You join a learning-focused, global team that values impact and progress.

• Prototype and evaluate novel sensor calibration algorithms and assess their impact on precision and robustness
• Collaborate with project teams to diagnose calibration issues in the field and provide timely support
• Develop software infrastructure and algorithmic components, including design, implementation, and debugging
• Deliver modern C++, Rust, and Python code with code reviews and software design input
• Deploy calibration tools on ARM64 SoC platforms powering thousands of robots
• Collaborate with a globally distributed, skilled software engineering team
• Contribute to learning culture and continuous improvement across the team

• Degree in Computer Science, Robotics or a related field
• 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering, robotics or computer vision
• Strong C++ and Python skills with focus on quality, performance and best practices
• Experience with Rust is a plus; willingness to learn required
• Strong analytical skills with interest in statistics and gradient-based optimization
• Bonus: experience with SLAM, computer vision or robotics
• Desire to work autonomously and in a collaborative global team
• Proficiency in English
