In this role you turn ecommerce and consumer data into trusted insights that guide global decision-making. You own metrics, governance, and dashboards across regions, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure a single source of truth.You’ll work across SQL, data warehouses, and visualization tools to deliver self-service analytics, strong data storytelling, and scalable global solutions. You’ll mentor others and shape analytics governance to balance global standards with local nuance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own analytics workstreams end-to-end from metric definition to dashboard adoption
- Define, certify, and govern metrics in the semantic layer and ARC for ecommerce, consumer, and loyalty reporting
- Build and maintain production-grade dashboards and data products (Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Write complex SQL against large datasets (BigQuery); develop transformation pipelines with dbt
- Act as primary analytics contact for stakeholders; translate business problems into analyses and communicate results
- Conduct deep-dive analyses (cohorting, funnel, CLV, retention, promo/discount, demand) to surface trends and actions
- Support experimentation and measurement with A/B test readouts and incrementality framing
- Define and enforce best practices for metric documentation, dashboards, QA, and data validation
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to global analytics community by sharing knowledge
- Drive governance to align global frameworks with local market needs while closing data gaps with Data Engineering
- Identify data-quality and readiness gaps and mitigate risks to keep workstreams on track
- 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field
- 5+ years writing complex SQL in cloud environments (BigQuery or equivalent)
- 5+ years using data visualization/BI tools (Looker/LookML, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Strong metric definition and governance experience; semantic-layer knowledge a plus
- Analytical foundation in cohorts, segmentation, funnel, retention/CLV; understanding of experimentation (A/B)
- Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation
- Experience with cloud data platforms; Google Cloud Platform a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and functions
- Mentoring experience and ability to set team standards
- Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field; 5+ years overall analytics/BI experience
- Track record delivering analytics products with measurable impact
