You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and store leadership to optimize segmentation, data capture, and ROI. This role offers visibility across a global luxury brand and the chance to shape client experiences in a flagship venue.

• Manage VIP clients to maximise their potential within the boutique
• Grow loyalty among local clients across departments with support from Managers and Sales Associates
• Develop a client portfolio at VVIC and Elite levels
• Lead strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events with Events team
• Propose and run local events with clear ROI to boost loyalty
• Monitor Client Indicators by Product Category and leverage events/animactions
• Develop tools to support teams in each department
• Support the Events team from concept to execution of client events
• Maintain CRM capture rate above 90% and report metrics to Head Office CDM team
• Oversee back-office functions and boutique analytics (CRM, recruitment, P&L, stock, reports, VM)
• Ensure Dior standards in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities
• Comply with security procedures related to theft/pilferage

• Languages: Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service orientation, initiative, and commercial creativity
• Fashion awareness and luxury product sensibility
• Commercial mindset with strong Excel and analytical skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion
• Passion for Christian Dior and its collections
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven client strategies
