In this role you lead development and operations teams building high-availability AWS services for EU customers as part of the Managed Operations group. You’ll help launch the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) and collaborate with global teams to shape service performance, reliability, and efficiency.You drive automation, coaching, and cross‑functional partnerships to deliver scalable, resilient cloud capabilities. This is a chance to influence AWS services for a mission-critical European initiative.

- Knowledge of full software development lifecycle practices (coding standards, reviews, SCM, builds, testing, operations)
- Experience in high-scale hiring and talent management across multiple disciplines
