You act as the technical executive, ensuring high availability and secure deployments. You will mentor leaders, communicate with executives, and shape the product's impact on safety operations.

• Direct the engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery of CAD and RMS systems
• Drive modernization across cloud connectivity, observability, security, and AI-assisted development
• Define and enforce rigorous quality assurance and SRE practices to ensure uptime
• Lead incident command during high-stakes P1 events and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Build trust with public safety executives through clear, accountable communication
• Mentor and elevate engineering managers and developers to raise technical standards
• Oversee secure deployments across on-premise, virtualized, and hybrid environments

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with large, complex enterprise systems
• 5+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience
• Deep technical expertise in deploying software in highly restricted, secure environments
• Ability to obtain government background clearance
