As Head of Data, you will define and lead the global data strategy to unify information and enable data-driven decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and profitability through high-quality data.You’ll lead a multidisciplinary data organization, partner with stakeholders, and steer AI initiatives and innovative analytics. This is a strategic role at a company undergoing a data-driven transformation, offering high-impact opportunities and collaboration with external partners.

- Proven experience leading Data/Analytics in complex environments
- Strong background in data architectures, BI, and advanced analytics
- Ability to lead technical discussions with architecture and development teams (non hands-on role)
- Experience in regulated environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and strategic vision
- Fluent Spanish and English
