• Manage complex projects in the Healthcare field
• Oversee technological, financial and human resources and project scope
• Identify and manage risks and problems
• Measure, track, evaluate and communicate project progress
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations and satisfaction
• Lead project teams
• Assist in applying implementation development methodologies and health standards
• Participate in pre-sales processes in the public health sector, leading from start to finish and help prepare offer chapters

• Approximately 8 years of experience as a project manager
• University degree
• Ability to analyze processes and manage complex projects
• Consultancy experience and preparation of proposals in IT Health environments (RFP, RFI)
• Understanding healthcare needs (Primary Care, HIS, Departmental Care, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy)
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary software development teams
• Willingness to travel
• Experience leading technical profiles
• Experience managing technological, financial and human resources
• Experience identifying and managing project risks and problems
• Experience measuring, tracking, evaluating and communicating project progress
• Experience ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and satisfaction
• Experience leading project teams
• PMP and ITIL certifications (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, openEHR (Nice to Have)
• Location preference: Andalusia, Tarragona, Valencia, Zaragoza, Bilbao
