In this role you own the strategic evolution of the Application Ledger, the real-time engine validating balances and ensuring immutability of client funds. You will drive high-impact ledger initiatives, including migrations to scalable architectures and integration of new financial product flows.You collaborate across Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to balance reliability with business growth. - Translate financial rules into technical specs to guarantee atomic transactions and double-entry integrity
- Lead discovery for new product integrations ensuring ledger support for diverse FX and payment flows
- Create comprehensive PRDs and functional specifications focusing on ledger immutability and transaction processing
- Bridge Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to align ledger capabilities with business growth and technical constraints
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Core Banking, or Payment Infrastructure
- Deep financial domain knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and the distinction between sub-ledgers and General Ledgers
- Technical depth to work with engineers on immutable system design and API-first architectures
- Proven track record delivering large-scale system migrations or major backend overhauls
