In this role you will lead the analysis and governance of master data to create trusted, unified customer, partner, and vendor records. You will work at the intersection of business and IT to translate commercial needs into data quality requirements and to translate data realities back to the business.You’ll define standards, measure quality, and drive data cleanup and governance across ERP, CRM, and data platforms. This role offers the chance to shape EXN’s data governance model and enable reliable, data-driven decision making across global operations.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and document data standards, validation rules, and quality thresholds for Customer/Partner and Vendor domains
- Design and maintain a data quality scorecard covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Maintain a structured log of known data quality issues by domain, system, and business impact
- Support HubSpot data cleanup planning, including target state for company records and quality criteria for reimport
- Operate MDM stewardship workflows: review match proposals, approve/reject merges, manage exceptions
- Contribute to development of EXN's data governance operating model: RACI, escalation paths, data steward responsibilities, and decision principles
- 5-8 years in master data management, data quality, or data governance
- Understanding of golden records, match/merge, survivorship
- Experience with multiple source systems and resolving cross-system data errors
- Ability to define data quality standards and metrics and communicate them clearly
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, or BI tools
- Experience producing data quality reports and domain documentation for non-technical audiences
- Understanding of CRM or ERP data structures (accounts, contacts, hierarchies, relationships)
