Key Responsibilities- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new advertising clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client objectives and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Design and implement strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns with immediate and long-term impact.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote services and improve campaign performance.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and increased ad spend.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Handle a high daily volume of potential clients confidently and professionally.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor positioning to optimize results.
Requirements
Education & Experience- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (client-facing experience required).
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver measurable results.
- Native or C2-level German
- Fluent English
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Experience managing customer relationships and CRM systems effectively.
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into workflows and interpreting data insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
- Ability to discuss ROI, campaign performance, and platform integrations.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
- Deep understanding of German business culture and market dynamics.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and strategically position solutions.
