In this role you will drive growth for Booking.com BV by forming strategic partnerships with large enterprise partners across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, negotiate commercial deals, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

The role blends business development, market analysis, and innovation to sustain long-term ROI for guests and partners. This is a high-energy, travel-industry focused position that offers exposure to global markets and leadership dialogues.

  • Build strategic relationships to drive brand, loyalty, and revenue growth, offering practical ROI solutions
  • Contribute to innovation in commercial and product areas and communicate status and risks
  • Lead partnership conversations with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Ensure clear communication and task execution, balancing product integration and performance
Responsabilidades
  • Minimum 5 years in travel and/or B2B roles in e-commerce, SaaS, or business travel environments
  • Proven track record in international contexts
  • Familiarity with EMEA travel markets
  • Fluent Spanish, German or French highly valued
  • Solution-oriented, results-driven and self-directed
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with analytical abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor or other relevant degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
